Camping Details

Main Camping: open field, car camping, convenient access to event activities.

Woodland Camping: more secluded, further walk from the main event area, rugged terrain if driving into the woods.

RV Camping: dedicated area for larger vehicles and campers with limited availability.

Camping spaces are approximately 20' × 25' where applicable. Friends who want to camp together should arrive together — space cannot be guaranteed.

Volunteer

Thank you for being on the F26 team. Volunteers attend free in exchange for at least 12 hours of shifts — once your 12 hours are scheduled, class signup unlocks. Each day’s classes are shown alongside the shift board so you can build your volunteering around the classes you want to take.

Confirm each class you’re teaching at the Fall Gathering, or request a change if a detail is off — and update the profile attendees see. Everything here is saved to your account and carries forward to future events.

Arrival

  • Enter at the NORTH/EAST side; follow signs to the check-in booth.
  • Have your QR code ready — it’s your ticket.
  • Sign the liability waiver (in your confirmation email) before arriving.
  • Address: 1150 Carruth Road, Watkinsville, GA.

Booth setup

  • Booth space is 12 ft × 12 ft.
  • Tables and canopies are not provided — rent one below or bring your own.
  • No power at booths; generators allowed during event hours only.
  • Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, canopies & RV spots — order them in Booth upgrades at the top of this page.

Parking, vehicles & overnight

  • No vehicles in/out of the Exhibitor Area during event hours — set up before hours.
  • Gear can stay in your booth overnight; no dedicated security, but staff walk the field.
  • Standard shares camping behind the booths; Premium gets dedicated space.

On-site operations: Mathew Gillenwater · 864-941-0124. Insurance is recommended (not required) via eventhelper.com.
